Students of Oregon State University have an affordable insurance policy called Student Personal Property Protector Plus® available for purchase through CollegeStudentInsurance.com. The policy protects students against theft, damage (including accidental damage) and many other causes of loss to personal property that may occur while at school, home, or when studying abroad. The policy will cover computers, laptops, tablets, phones, books, clothes, bicycles and more. The insurance policy will pay the actual cost to repair or replace property with like kind and quality property. All policies also include $5,000 for expenses related to identity theft.
